Mycosis fungoides is the most common type of cutaneous T cell lymphoma. The early diagnosis MF still an area debate and challenging issue due to its resemblance chronic inflammatory dermatoses. Therefore, usually based on clinical-pathological correlation. Different lines treatment are available for according disease staging.
